2. Platform Services

ScriptMo facilitates collaboration between clients and writers for academic support workflows, including task posting, bidding, submissions, and communication.

3. Payments, Fees, and Refunds

Pricing, payment timing, and related charges are governed by platform rules and task details. Any refunds or adjustments are handled according to ScriptMo policy and applicable law.

4. User Responsibilities

• Use the platform lawfully and respectfully.
• Do not upload malicious content or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not impersonate others or misrepresent qualifications or identity.
• Respect intellectual property and confidentiality obligations.

5. Intellectual Property

ScriptMo retains rights in platform code, branding, and service materials. Content rights related to project deliverables are governed by the applicable agreement and platform policy.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Services are provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, ScriptMo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.

7. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ScriptMo after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
